Enquire and View: View our website and look through our properties, due to COVID 19 we have introduced virtual tours to help you see our properties easier. Contact a member of our team for more information or any queries that you may have. We are still conducting viewings in some of our empty properties to give you an idea and feel.

Reserve and paperwork: If you wish to book a property, we will need to take a reservation payment from you (Equal to one weeks rent). We will send you the tenancy agreement, guarantor deeds and inventories to sign.

Deposit and rent: Your first payments rent and your deposit are due before your contract starts.

Move in Day: Collect your keys from us and enjoy your new home.
