High quality ensuite bedrooms fully furnished: We have spacious double bedrooms with quality mattresses, wardrobes, desks and office chairs. Complete with modern decor and luxury ensuite bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
Responsive Maintenance Team: We work alongside GFU Construction Ltd, to offer a quick and quality maintenance service for our properties. With NAPIT registered electricians and gas safe plumbers.
Bills Included: A common worry of students is budgeting and bills, make life easier with just one rental payment each month or term. We take the hassle out of renting and include water, gas, electricity and your internet with the rent (Subject to fair use).
Fibre Optic Broadband: Virgin Media Fibre Optic broadband is included as standard giving you supersonic internet to deal with all our studying, streaming and gaming needs. Our properties are also equip with state of the art mesh WIFI systems to ensure all around WIFI coverage in the house.
Accreditations: We are registered with the Coventry Landlord Accreditation Scheme (CLAS) and also the National Residential landlords association (NRLA) and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
Deposits are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). Prescribed information is given to you at the start of the tenancy when the deposit is registered, we process the release of a deposit quickly, following checkout of your property.
